The H&T team have been providing premier running events throughout Essex and the South East for all abilities since 2018.

You are our primary focus on race day. We have tailored our events to be as inclusive as we possibly can. We enable first timers and seasoned ultrarunners alike to achieve, with the benefit of our full support behind you throughout the event.

 

We recognise the enormous benefits of exercise for general well-being and mental health.

 

We encourage participation at every level and look forward to welcoming to you to your first H&T event in the near future.
